Once we are formally engaged by an affiliated issuer to support the marketing of its offering, our team conducts a thorough review of the offering and begins the process of identifying and connecting with investors whose investment preferences align with the structure and objectives of the offering. Our role is to bridge the gap between investor and investment opportunity – ensuring clarity and transparency as we share detailed offering materials and relevant information to support a well-informed investment decision.
Streamlined Execution
When an investor expresses interest in proceeding with an investment, and the opportunity aligns with their investment strategy, we assist in the next steps in the process by guiding the investor through the execution of investment documentation and coordinating directly with the issuer to ensure a smooth and compliant transaction.
Investment hand-off
Following the completion of the investment documentation, the Lloyd Asset Management Services team steps in as the primary point of contact for the purchase of the membership units being offered and reporting on investor holdings. They work hand-in-hand with Lloyd Companies’ internal teams – spanning Development, Design, Construction, Property Management, and Commercial Real Estate – to oversee the execution of each project with discipline and precision. From initial groundbreaking through lease-up and long-term stabilization, the Lloyd Asset Management Services team ensures that investors remain informed and engaged throughout the life of the investment.
